Noelle Cepeda is a passionate and certified Science of Stretch coach dedicated to enhancing flexibility and overall wellness in the community. With a deep understanding of the science behind stretching techniques, she offers engaging and informative classes that empower participants to improve their range of motion and reduce the risk of injury. In addition to leading Science of Stretch classes, Noelle specializes in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, a method that promotes advanced flexibility through a combination of stretching and contracting muscles. her approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring a safe and effective stretching experience. Experience
Noelle began acting at only 7 years old, she portrayed Sadako a young leukemia patient in the Japanese post WW2 story of Sadako and the thousand paper cranes. Noelle played Sadako who just found out her friend also battling leukemia had tragically lost his life… in this intense scene Noelle became the character and mourned his death on stage… that was only the beginning. She continued to do stage, and in high school starred in the musical play Footloose. She juggled her passion for acting with her passion for Soccer. Later in life her acting shifted to TV and Film. She was a featured background actress in the Netflix film “Intrusion” shot in 2020, while she was studying film at Central New Mexico college. she starred in an award winning short film called “The glass “ which gained global popularity and awards around the world including in Spain,Japan and India… she then starred in an independent project called “under the bed” and her recent short film “ El Payaso” she has also been sharpening her craft at Sol Acting academy taught by award winning actresses in ABQ,New Mexico… she is constantly breaking barriers and looking for the next role to encapsulate.
